PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foaming implement of a new type for which defects such as numerousness and complicatedness of procedures of a using method, waste when using a skin cleanser, badness of a using feeling and usability and inconvenience when carrying, etc., that a conventional foaming implement has are improved. SOLUTION: For the skin cleanser foaming implement 11, a container 41 including the skin cleanser is housed inside a planar object 21 at least partially having a sponge structure.
