PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a set plate to be connected to a drive plate mounted on the end face of an engine crank shaft for transmitting power to a torque converter while avoiding the separation from a front cover due to the breakage of a welded portion. SOLUTION: The set plate 1 comprises an approximately U-shaped connection part 15 protruded to the side of the drive plate so as to be screwed in contact with the drive plate 14, and arms 16, 16 continuously extending from the connection part 15 and adapted to be welded to the front cover 7.
