PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely remove static electricity from a sheet composed of a plurality of sheets electrified when exfoliated into two from adhered state without causing cost increase and lowering of treatment efficiency. SOLUTION: An exfoliation paper 150a is made to come close to an adhesive agent layer 140b after exfoliating exfoliation papers 120, 150a and the adhesive agent layer 140b drawn out from a roller 10a into the exfoliation paper 120, the adhesive agent layer 140b, and the exfoliation paper 150a separated from each other by a roller 10b. An exfoliation paper 150b is made to come close to an adhesive agent layer 140a after exfoliating a surface sheet 130, an adhesive agent layer 140a and an exfoliation paper 150b drawn out from a roller 10d into the surface sheet 130, the adhesive agent layer 140a and the exfoliation paper 150b separated from each other by a roller 10e.
