<p>The trap is assembled of two pipes (2) of a suitable size connected in order to form an angular housing. The bait is positioned inside the connecting element (1). A spring (3) is fixed with its coil to the top of the pipe (2) with its outer end leading to the entrance. The outer end of the spring (3) is fitted with a strong string forming a noose (4). When a mouse enters the trap a thin thread (5) blocking the way to the bait is severed and the spring (3), which was held down by the thread (5) is suddenly moved upwards, pulling the noose (4) tightly around the neck of the animal.</p> |
