<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve a rolling bearing capable of setting a radial inside gap equal to or less than zero by applying the pre-load at a manufacturing stage. <P>SOLUTION: A bush 15 as a pre-load applying means for applying the pre-load to the rolling bearing 10 is fitted to an inside diameter surface of an inner ring 11 of the rolling bearing 10 with the prescribed interference by press-fitting, and is assembled with the rolling bearing 10. The bush 15 is assembled with the roller bearing 10, and thereby, the pre-load is applied to the rolling bearing 10, and the radial inside gap is set to be equal to zero or less. Thus, the rolling bearing 10 is not required to be press-fitted into a case or a shaft so as to be applied with the pre-load, and is assembled with the bush 15 as one of bearing components, and thereby, the radial inside gap can be set to be equal to zero or less at the manufacturing stage. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
