HEADLAMP ASSEMBLY HAVING COOLING CHANNEL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a headlamp assembly capable of effectively cooling inside structure elements.

SOLUTION: The headlamp assembly for an automobile includes a light source, a chamber housing the light source and a cooling channel for removing heat from the chamber. The chamber and the channel are formed through the cooperation of a heat-transmitting wall and a heat-insulating wall. The heat-transmitting wall substantially has thermal conductivity higher than that of the heat-insulating wall, promotes heat exchange between the chamber and the cooling channel, and also, suppresses heat exchanging between the cooling channel and the engine room of comparatively high temperature.
