PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently spread a material to be spread within a wide range and to eliminate even unevenness spread of the material to be spread caused at the side of a levee, etc., in a traveling type power spreading machine designed to perform spreading operation of the granular or liquid material to be spread such as an agrochemical, a fertilizer or seeds while traveling in a field, on the levee, etc. SOLUTION: The traveling type power spreading machine is composed as follows. A forced shaking means K for forcedly shaking a spreading tube 65 of the power spreading machine 31 in the right and the left directions and a manual shaking means L for shaking the spreading tube 65 by manual operation are provided so as to be switched between them. The shaking angle of the spreading tube 65 with the forced shaking means K is freely changed.
