PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a permanent countermeasure means for reducing or eliminating noise or vibration in a hydraulic device without remarkably increasing cost. SOLUTION: In this structure, a damper d comprises a throttle flow passage 43 and an expansion chamber 44 communicated with the throttle flow passage 43 with larger cross-sectional area than that of the throttle flow passage 43. The throttle flow passage 43 is communicated and connected to vicinities of relief valves 34 and 35 connected to a pressure oil flow passage of the hydraulic device in a hydrostatic continuously variable transmission.
