PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydrogen storage alloy actuator superior in responsiveness and the amount of response and capable of being miniaturized. SOLUTION: A module 31 having a hydrogen storage alloy member using a vanadium alloy including titanium is stored in an air-tight covered body 35. The module 31 has responding operation with the storage/release of hydrogen in/from the hydrogen storage alloy member of the module through a hydrogen supply/discharge means 36.
