A method for managing terminal device and the system therefore, mainly comprises: monitoring and obtaining the event generating in terminal device while being off line; then performing the management to terminal device according to the foresaid event. In the invention, the terminal event, according to which the terminal device is managed, should be monitored, and thereby effect to the terminal device can be prevented and eliminated to decrease the default probability of the device, accordingly the QOS of operator should be improved.
