<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for assembling a display device which can shorten a tact time when a circuit board is mounted on a liquid crystal display panel. <P>SOLUTION: The apparatus comprises a plurality of mounting units 1A and 1B located to be spaced by a predetermined interval therebetween in a predetermined direction for mounting a circuit board on a liquid crystal display panel via tabs, a plurality of transfer means 25, 26, and 27 provided to be reciprocatably moved along directions of the locations of the mounting units for transporting the liquid crystal display panel into or out of the mounting units, and holders 41 provided at positions opposed to the respective mounting units for receiving and holding the transported panel. When the circuit board is mounted to the display panel held by the holders, the transfer means for transporting the panel to the holders are retreated, the transfer means for transporting the panel are moved underside of the panel and awaited. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
