<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid supply device which can efficiently discharge bubbles in a liquid discharge head having a large-area filter, a liquid discharge device and a liquid supply method. <P>SOLUTION: In the inkjet recording head in which first and second ink supply chambers 44 and 46 are arranged in the form of overlaying with a main ink supply chamber 42, first and second filters 40 and 41 interposed between the main ink supply chamber 42 and the first and second ink supply chambers 44 and 46 supply inks through the first ink supply chamber 44 and the second filter 40 to the recording head extending along the surface nearly parallel with a nozzle arrangement plane where a plurality of nozzles are arranged and discharge the inks through the second filter 41 and the second ink supply chamber 46. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
