PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrostatic atomizer which can be used without requiring time and labor for water supply and removal of adhering matter of a user, can generate mist quickly, is compact, can stably generate nano-ion mist, and can forcibly induce nano-ions to the outside. SOLUTION: The electrostatic atomizer comprises a discharge electrode 4, a counter electrode 6 disposed opposite to the discharge electrode 4, and a supply means for supplying water to the discharge electrode 4, and atomizes water retained on the discharge electrode 4 by impressing high voltage between the discharge electrode 4 and the counter electrode 6. A Peltier unit 1 having a cooling part 2 and a radiator part 3 is installed as the supply means, and the discharge electrode 4 is installed on the cooling part 2 side of the Peltier unit 1 to generate condensate from the moisture in air on the discharge electrode 4 part. The discharge part 4b of the discharge electrode 4 is located in the discharge space S1 of a support frame 5.
