PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an instrument grasping and pulling the intestinal tract etc. in a surgery under a laparoscope which is easy to pull and control in the desired direction, enables stable grasping during the surgery, does not have a bad influence on a grasped tissue, and is safe. SOLUTION: The intestinal tract grasping instrument comprises a stopping means which comprises a plurality of through holes 2 which holds annulation in a flexible beltlike object 1 which is wound round the intestinal tract to form the annulation and a hooking section 3 which can be hooked to the through hole 2 and a gripper 4 which is grasped by a forceps etc. Furthermore preferably, multiple projections 5 or a sliding prevention means by two or more sine curve-shaped convex portions is established on the surface of the beltlike object 1, and the stopping means makes the magnitude of a formed ring selectable or adjustable.
