PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure for attaching an opening/closing body to a toilet bowl body, such as a toilet seat, a toilet lid, and a seat surface body, which are easily exchanged in response to users, capable of easily attaching/detaching the toilet seat, etc., to/from the toilet bowl body and easily washing the toilet seat, etc. SOLUTION: The attachment structure for attaching the opening/closing body such as the toilet seat and the seat surface body to the toilet bowl body includes attachment parts to the opening/closing body at the two right and left places in the rear part of the toilet bowl body and also on the same axial line. One attachment part has rotation resistance in the closing direction of the opening/closing body by allowing a fitting shaft, which is arranged in one of the toilet bowl body and the opening/closing body, to be fitted and connected to a fitting groove arranged in the other one. The other attachment part is freely rotatably connected by inserting a support shaft, which is arranged in one of the toilet bowl body and the opening/closing body, to a support hole arranged in the other one.
