PURPOSE:To simplify construction of a valve and to facilitate its assembly and further to improve its durability, by integrally connecting a ceramics made flow path member, having a valve hole, with a ceramics made supporting member. CONSTITUTION:A valve forms a flow path member 3, supporting member 4 and a valve body 15 all from a ceramics material respectively into a desired shape. The valve, integrally connecting the flow path member 3 with the supporting member 4, eliminates the necessity for providing between the both of these members a sealing packing or the like. While the valve, eliminating the necessity for screw parts fixing the flow path member 3 and decreasing a number of part items so as to simplify construction of the valve and facilitate also its assembly, can be manufactured at a low cost, further the valve, generating no leak at all in a connection part, can improve durability of a metallic part or the like. |
