<p>A camera device and a wiper control method that can reduce an influence of a wiper to an taken image without complicating the structure of the camera device and with relatively low cost. The camera device has the wiper (60), a camera unit (57) having an imaging section for taking an image, and a control circuit (11). The control circuit (11) identifies, based on an image signal (S57) obtained by the camera unit (57), whether there is a foreign matter adhered to a front glass (59), and activates the wiper (60) when a foreign matter is identified.</p> |
