PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid sensor anomaly determination in a temporary state out of assumed measurement conditions. SOLUTION: A gas shut-off device includes a flow detection part 11, a flow calculation part 12, an anomalous flow determination part 13, a valve drive part 14, a valve 15, a return input part 16, an anomaly bypass part 17, and a sensor anomaly determination part 18. The bypass part 17 outputs a bypass signal F for an arbitrary period of time when receiving a valve closing signal C of the determination part 13 or a valve opening signal E of the input part 16 while the determination part 18 stops anomaly determination when finding the bypass signal F, thus sensor anomaly determination can be avoided in the temporary state out of the assumed measurement conditions.
