<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a body liquid absorbing article which is thin, light-weight, and also, has a high absorbing rate and high absorbing capability, and in addition, has a specially high utilizing efficiency of an absorber because of the excellent liquid diffusibility in the vertical direction, and which makes side leakage hard to occur as well. <P>SOLUTION: This body liquid absorbing article is constituted of a liquid-permeable sheet, a liquid-impermeable sheet, and an absorber which is inserted between them. The absorbing body is constituted of an absorbing composite consisting of a base material and a water-absorbing resin. The resin ratio of the absorbing composite to the total absorber weight is from 65 to 99 mass%, the total surface area coefficient is 0.3 to 3, and 50% or higher of the total water-absorbing resin is bonded to the base material.
