A shock-absorbing spring for a shoe is provided to be applied to the sole of any shoe, and to protect the ankle or a knee joint and to achieve pleasant walking by absorbing and reducing a shock by a weight in walking. The shock-absorbing spring for a shoe includes spring pieces having a diamond shape with a wide center part and tapering both sides. The plural spring pieces are formed in an arch shape, and have one end formed by being connected in parallel and having a connection projection(3), and the other end formed by being separated from each other. The spring has a double plate spring structure that connects upper and lower spring pieces(1,2) to face each other using the connection projection.
