A structure for mounting a lower channel of a rear door is provided to smoothly perform a lift operation by stably supporting a door glass. In a structure for mounting a lower channel of a rear door, assembling guides are formed in boss portions of insert bolts(12) mounted to the upper and lower ends of a lower channel(11). An insert nut(13) is mounted to the center portion of the lower channel. A circular assembling hole is formed in a door panel to which the insert bolt is inserted. A guide groove corresponding to the assembling guide is formed in the assembling nut engaged with the insert bolt. The assembling guide and the guide groove have conical shapes.
