RESERVATION ACCEPTANCE SYSTEM AND COMPUTER PROGRAM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accept reservation from a customer so that resources may be efficiently used.

SOLUTION: This reservation acceptance system 2 is provided with: an acceptance condition database 2D1 having a parameter indicating use time of service and storing region information to determine a wider prescribed peripheral region of the service as time indicated by the parameter is longer; a reservation request receiving part 201 for accepting a request in which provision of service is desired to be received from a terminal 5 of the customer with specification of desired use time; a positional information receiving part 202 for acquiring positional information 72 indicating the present location of the customer via a communication line; a presence/absence discrimination part 203 for discriminating whether or not the customer is in the prescribed region by discriminating the customer is in the region to be determined by the use time specified by the user and the region information at present and a reservation acceptance processing part 205 for accepting reservation of service requested by the customer when it is discriminated that the customer is present.
