<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reception management system capable of avoiding the inconvenience of a customer being called from a counter while the customer is filling in a form, and improve operational efficiency at the counter. <P>SOLUTION: In the reception management system, a terminal 1 for a customer transmits a signal of the progress status of transaction data inputting to a reception management server 2 at an arbitrary timing, and transmits the transaction data to the reception management server 2 when all the inputting is completed. When the reception management server 2 receives the signal from the terminal 1 for a customer, it registers the signal in a queue. When the server receives the signal of the progress status, it increments the count of the progress status of the customer. Depending on the count and whether it has received the transaction data, it updates the status of the terminal 1 for a customer, counts only the terminal 1 for a customer of the predetermined status, and transmits the number of waiting customers to arbitrary waiting customers. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
