PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rear wheel drive device for a motor capable of preventing a rear arm from being interfered with a chain while ensuring the rigidity of the rear arm. SOLUTION: A support member 35 regulating swing of a transmission member (chain) 28 is mounted on the rear arm 10. The support member 35 has a vertical direction regulation parts 41b, 42b regulating the swing in the vertical direction of the chain 28, and a vehicle width direction regulation part 42b which is integrally formed with the downward direction regulation part 42a and regulates the swing in the vehicle width direction of the chain 28. The vehicle width regulation part 42b having a tabular shape is disposed so as to abut to a side wall (vertical wall) 10m of the rear arm 10, and detachably mounted to the vertical wall 10m.
