PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transmission circuit for CTC, capable of improving a reception circuit so as to enhance noise resistance while continuing to use the transmission system such as a frame transmission system. SOLUTION: The transmission circuit 42 for CTC has a frame transmission system having a transmission circuit and a reception circuit 70 for transmitting the telegraphic message via a railroad transmission line 30 when the transmission circuit is connected to the transmission line, and taking a rest period in an intermission of receiving the telegraphic message when the transmission circuit transmits the telegraphic message, and the reception circuit 70 receives the telegraphic message by repeating the sampling of the reception signal C at a predetermined period t after the reception start timing S. A reception circuit 60 has a pulse width checking circuit 71 for transmitting the reset signal R and resetting the reception state when the pulse width W does not reach the predetermined period t by checking the pulse width W immediately after starting the reception in the reception signal C.
