<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple method which enables a ferrite magnetic material that is used as a power supply transformer or a noise preventing part to surely recover its magnetic properties that have deteriorated because it is held at high temperatures for a long time. <P>SOLUTION: In the method of enabling a ferrite core to recover its magnetic properties, the deteriorated ferrite core containing main components composed of 50 to 85 mol% Fe<SB>2</SB>O<SB>3</SB>, 0 to 20 mol% ZnO, 0 to 1 mol% CoO, 0 to 10 mol% NiO, and the residual mol% MnO, and including 0.005 to 0.05 mass% SiO<SB>2</SB>and 0.02 to 0.2 mass% CaO as additives is heated for five minutes to four hours at temperatures higher than the Curie point of the core. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
