<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simultaneously display respective state information of a plurality of public facilities on one Web terminal even when the individually monitored and individually managed/operated public facilities are integrally monitored. <P>SOLUTION: This remote monitoring system has: a plurality of Web controllers 3A, 3B collecting and storing the state information of corresponding monitoring targets 4A, 4B; and a Web server device 6 changeably storing correspondence between monitoring target elements P1, P2, V1, etc. in the respective monitoring targets and addresses thereof as address mapping information (x), collecting the state information of the monitoring target elements in the respective monitoring targets stored in the plurality of Web controllers 3A, 3B via a network 2, and storing it in a prescribed address area according to the address mapping information.
