PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an emulsion type composition for local application containing a compound of the FK506 class; a physiologically permissible ≤8C alkane diol, an ether diol or a diether alcohol as a solvent of the compound of the FK506 class; an unsaturated fatty alcohol and water. SOLUTION: The emulsion type composition for local application contains the compound of the FK506 class; the alkane diol, the ether diol or the diether alcohol which is physiologically permissible as the solvent; the unsaturated fatty alcohol and water.
