PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a touch sensor switch device for deciding the duration of a contact state of a touch sensor by accurately detecting the start and end of the contact state. SOLUTION: The touch sensor switch device is equipped with the touch sensor 1 which detects a touch and outputs a detection signal, a differentiating circuit 2 which differentiates the detection signal output from the touch sensor 1 and outputs a differential signal, and a decision unit 4 which decides a contact state when the value of the differential signal output from the differentiating circuit 2 is less than a first threshold, decides a non-contact state when the value of the differential signal is larger than a second threshold, and decides that a previous state continues when the value of the differential signal is larger than the first threshold and less than the second threshold.
