PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To largely increase automatic processing capability of an automatic filling device of a conventional example and prevent duplication or work of transporting and drying operation to a mappe, to perform data link of slide samples on the mappe with the previous disease and attribute of each patient and sequentially put them on the stage of a microscope to allow a digital image to be taken, and to automatically sequentially store, arrange, and hold the slide samples whose determination diagnosis microscopic examination or closeup microscope operation is completed in a sample arranging and holding case. SOLUTION: In a mappe where a storage section forming lattice structure 7a is disposed in a mappe body 7 and a plurality of slide glass storage section parts 7b are formed in it, a projection insertion groove 7e is formed in each slide glass storage section part of the mappe body, a leg projection of a table of a projection structure disposed on a projection formation plate is inserted into the projection insertion groove from the lower surface side of the mappe body, and the slide samples 1a in the slide glass storage section parts are projected from the storage section forming lattice structure.
