SOLUTION: This paper is obtained by filling regenerated particles containing calcium, silicon and aluminum, obtained by using de-inked froth as a main raw material and passing through dehydrating process, drying process, calcining process and crushing process by the mass ratio of (30-82):(9-35):(9-35) based on their oxides, and also containing≥90 mass% ratio of the total of the calcium, silicon and aluminum.
