PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a laminate sheet (A) which is structured of a thermofusion-bonding thermoplastic resin film (F) lapped on a heated thermoplastic resin sheet (S) in the steps to insert the sheet (S) and the film (F) through a pair of lamination rolls (21 and 22), and thermally fusion-bond them by pressing into the laminate (A) sufficiently bonded. SOLUTION: In this manufacturing method, at least one of the sheet (S) or the film (F) has not less than 50 mN/m surface tension (γ) of a lamination surface (Sa and Fa) by corona discharge treatment at not less than 100 W min/m<SP>2</SP>discharge level. The sheet (S) is inserted through the lamination rolls (21 and 22) at a temperature (Ts) of the lamination surface (Sa) set within the range indicated by formula (I): Tgs-7°C≤Ts≤Tgs+40°C (Tgs is a glass transition temperature of the lamination surface of the sheet).
