PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fraudulent use detecting device for a game machine, capable of securely detecting and monitoring fraudulent use of a game machine using a device to generate external signals such as a bodily sensed device or the like. SOLUTION: This device is provided with one or a plurality of sensors to detect radio signals, one and a plurality of amplifier circuits, and a signal determining circuit and an oscillating circuit connected to the amplifier circuits. The signal determining circuit outputs a signal indicating fraudulent use from the oscillating circuit in a case where it determines a signal of a band of a fraudulent device out of signals detected by the sensor and amplified by the amplifier circuit.
