A structure for preventing reclining release of a vehicle seat is provided to improve safety by preventing a recliner from being released in a collision of the vehicle. A structure for preventing reclining release of a vehicle seat prevents a recliner from being released, by moving a lever to the upper side so as to rotate a seat back support upon a collision of the vehicle. The structure includes a spring(30). The spring is coupled with a first hinge shaft(10), one side of which is supported by the upper side of the lever and the other side of which is movably provided on both sides of the lever. The center portion of the spring is coupled with a second hinge shaft(20). The lever is hinge-coupled to a shield cover(2). |
