A broadcast mobile terminal, a system and a method for utilizing data broadcast information are provided to provide a bi-directional service by allowing a user to extract only desired data from a broadcast and request additional information through personal area network. A transmitting/receiving unit(210) transmits/receives a signal to/from a server. An input unit(220) receives data, as a search word, desired to be searched from a user. A controller(240) searches a broadcast channel including broadcast data which is identical with or similar to the search word through the transmitting/receiving unit. A display unit(230) displays a search result under the control of the controller. A storage unit(250) stores the broadcast received through the transmitting/receiving unit under the control of the controller.
