<p>A shield case 1 is fixed to a surface 4a of a circuit board 4 with a conductive joining material 7 so as to cover a shield portion on the circuit board surface 4a. The shield case 1 includes joint terminals 6 extending outward and inclined upward from a lower edge thereof that is in contact with the circuit board surface 4a. The joint terminals 6 are joined to the circuit board surface 4a with the conductive joining material 7 provided therebetween. The shield case 1 can thereby be fixed to the circuit board surface 4a, and be grounded to a ground portion provided in the circuit board 4.</p>
