Provided is a polyurethane elastomer composition, which is remarkably improved in transparency such as transmittance and haze when one component selected from polyol, a chain extender, and isocyanate is a mixture of two compounds. The polyurethane elastomer composition comprises (A) an ester or ether-based polyol having a number average molecular weight of 600-2500, (B) a diol-based chain extender, and (C) an isocyanate, wherein at least one component of the each (A), (B), or (C) component is a mixture of at least two different compounds. The polyurethane elastomer composition has a transmittance of 88-100%, a haze of 0-2.0, and a shore hardness of 80A-72D.
