INHIBITOR OF PLATELETS ACTIVATION AND AGGREGATION COMPRISING HEOMPEXIN DOMAIN IN MATRIX METALLOPROTEASE
摘要
An inhibitor of platelets activation and aggregation comprising a hemopexin domain of the matrix metalloprotease is provided to inhibit excessive aggregation of platelet and secretion of materials capable of activating immune cells and vascular cells by platelet activation while hemostatic function is not inhibited. A composition for treating and preventing thrombosis through inhibition of platelets activation and aggregation comprises the hemopexin domain of metalloprotease having the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:1 or SEQ ID NO:2; and a gene encoding the hemopexin domain of the metaloprotease has the nucleotide sequence of SEQ ID NO:3 or SEQ ID NO:4.
