A wall body equipped with a net for emergency refuge in an apartment house is provided to install the net to an opening part of any kinds of windows and to insert the net into an inner wall if emergency refuge members are not used. The wall body equipped with a net for emergency refuge in an apartment house is composed of an out-window throwing part(100) which is a linear member embedded in an inner wall, separated from the inner wall in an emergency refuge state and thrown out of a window frame(1600) to unfold a refuge mechanism(500); an inner wall fixing unit connected to the out-window throwing part through the refuge mechanism and provided with a fixed member buried in the inner wall, wherein the refuge mechanism is folded and contained in the fixed member; and the refuge mechanism unfolded in dropping the out-window throwing part out of the window frame, wherein one end of the refuge mechanism is fixed to the out-window throwing part and the other end is settled to the inner wall fixing unit. The refuge mechanism comprises a window frame hanging unit(510) settled to the inner wall fixing unit, expanded toward an outer wall(1100) to cover the window frame, and made of a tent member and a net unit(520) fixed to the out-window throwing part, extended from the window frame hanging unit, and made of a net member.
