LUBRICATION STRUCTURE OF CYLINDER BORE AND PISTON

A lubrication structure of a cylinder bore and a piston is provided to maximize the lubrication characteristics due to the movement of a piston through a solid lubricating layer and embossed portion formed in the cylinder bore. A lubrication structure of a cylinder bore and a piston includes a cylinder bore(20), a piston(30), and a solid lubrication layer(40). An embossed portion(22) is formed on the inner surface of the cylinder bore. The piston is inserted into the interior of the cylinder bore and is moved along the inner surface of the cylinder bore. The solid lubrication layer is formed on the outer peripheral surface of the piston by a predetermined thickness. The solid lubrication layer is coated on the embossed portion of the cylinder bore.
