Mobile radio system and mobile radio channel assigning method

A mobile radio system conducts radio communications between a base station and a plurality of mobile stations, as well as among a plurality of mobile stations. The system uses a mobile radio channel assignment method, where each mobile station (1) is capable of acquiring position information of the current position of the mobile station, as well as assigning a frequency channel for radio communications. The mobile station transmits and receives information using the assigned frequency channel, corresponding to the acquired position information.
