Provided is an assemblable spacer for manufacturing a battery module, which is stably fitted with cylindrical unit cells with preventing an internal short circuit, manufactures a battery module having structural stability, and effectively removes heat generated during charging. The assemblable spacer(100) for manufacturing a battery module using a cylindrical battery as a unit cell comprises battery-receiving parts(110) of a semicylindrical internal structure corresponding to the outside of a cylindrical battery, and an inter-linkable and separable assemblable fitting part. Each of the battery-receiving parts(110) is formed on both opposed surfaces of a frame. The assemblable fitting part is formed on both side parts of the battery-receiving part(110). The assemblable fixing part consists of detachable hooks(121-123) formed on one side part of the battery-receiving part(110), and detachable grooves which are formed on the opposite side part and have a structure corresponding to the hooks.
