A vibration reduction apparatus of a clutch control system is provided to reduce the vibration noise of a vehicle by reducing the engine vibration of high frequency. A clutch control system includes a clutch and a clutch pedal. A vibration reduction apparatus of the clutch control system includes a cylinder member(10) and a piston member(20). The cylinder member is mounted at a position on an oil passage for transferring the pressure of the clutch control system such that both ends of the cylinder member are communicated with the oil passage. The piston member is slidably installed inside the cylinder member in order to absorb the flow pressure of oil.
