PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control a noise and standby power by performing relay-off of a filter circuit after turning off loads other than the control circuit driven by an auxiliary power circuit provided with a power supply switch, then, by turning off the auxiliary power circuit. SOLUTION: After a fan motor 12 driven by the auxiliary power circuit 10 is turned off, a second switch 8 performs an open operation. Thereby, the power consumption by the capacitor 6 for suppressing high frequency noise is suppressed, the filter circuit 9 can be driven without being influenced by the noise from the load applied to the fan motor 12 etc. By opening a third switch 11 of the auxiliary power circuit 10 at the last, the power consumption of the whole component circuit can be made 0 W.
