A light diffusing plate for a backlight unit of an LCD(Liquid Crystal Display) is provided to improve the light transmitting property and light scattering property, by using styrene-based resin instead of methacrylic resin as a main component. A base layer(200) includes siloxane-based bridging agent of 0.1-10 wt% and methacrylic light diffusing agent of 0.01-20 wt% based on styrene-based resin of 100 wt%. A spreading layer(210) is formed on one surface or both surfaces of the base layer, wherein the spreading layer includes acrylic light diffusing agent of 0.1-30 wt% based on methacrylic resin of 100 wt%. A coating layer(220) is formed on one surface or both surfaces of the spreading layer, wherein the coating layer has an antistatic function and a UV(Ultra Violet) absorbing function.
