摘要 An artificial tooth manufacturing method using CT(Computerized Tomography) is provided to reduce the manufacturing cost and to increase productivity by simplifying a manufacturing process and to reduce accumulated errors by excluding a tooth model making process. The artificial tooth manufacturing method using CT comprises the steps of: removing the surface of a damaged tooth(S10); making an impressed mold by applying an impression material on the surface of the tooth and then hardening the impression material(S20); obtaining internal coordinates of the impressed mold by photographing the inside of the impressed mold with the micro CT of high resolution(S30); converting the internal coordinates obtained by photographing, into CAD(Computer Aided Design)/CAM(Computer Aided Manufacturing) data(S40); making artificial teeth according to the converted data by processing metal or ceramic with a three-dimensional NC(Numerical Control) machine, obtaining shape data of the tooth corresponding to the artificial tooth to be produced, and changing the shape of the artificial tooth by directly machining the surface according to the obtained shape data(S50); and attaching the ceramic on the surface of the artificial tooth after sintering the artificial tooth for the predetermined time and then(S60).
