A manufacturing method of a molding beneficial to the human body is provided not to emit harmful substances such as formaldehyde and to emit beneficial substances to the human body such as far infrared rays. The invention relates to a method for manufacturing an environment-friendly molding which does not emit harmful substances to the human body by mixing 15~35 weight percent EPS(expanded polystyrene) and 60~85 weight percent HIPS(high impact polystyrene) against 100 weight percent whole materials and melting at 150~180°C, mixing 0.5~2.5 weight percent GPPS(general purpose polystyrene) against 100 weight percent whole materials with the primarily melted materials and melting at 150~180°C, and pulverizing hard charcoal and mixing with the primary and secondary materials in a ratio of 2~4 to 6~8, mixing hard charcoal powder to synthetic resins, melting, extruding, cooling, transferring and cutting. |
