A hood lock is provided to install a light emitting device at the hood lock to readily recognize a position of the hood lock to readily open a hood, thereby increasing use convenience of a user. A hood lock includes a striker(10), a hood locker(20), an operation wire(30), an opening lever, a hook(50), and an operation lever(60). The striker is installed at a front inner surface of a hood for a vehicle. The hood locker is fixed to a vehicle body to fix and accommodate the striker. The operation wire is disposed at a driver's seat and fastened to one side of the hood locker. The opening lever is connected to the operation wire to primarily release the striker. The hook is hinged to a front lower part of the hood locker to fix the striker. The operation lever is coupled to a lower end of the hook to secondarily release the striker. |
