A back cover installing structure of a washing machine is provided to simply and quickly mount a back cover on the backside of a cabinet by slidingly combining the back cover, to prevent the back cover from being deformed in mounting the back cover, to prevent vibration and noise by no generation of clearance between the backside of the cabinet and the back cover, and to reduce the number of components and assembling steps. A back cover installing structure of a washing machine comprises a cabinet(52), a back cover(100), and a combining member. The cabinet is installed with a drum(60), a tub(58), and a motor(64) inside and formed with a service hole(90) on the backside to repair components. The back cover is slidingly mounted/detached on the backside of the cabinet to selectively open/close the service hole of the cabinet in necessity. The combining member fixes the back cover on the backside of the cabinet. A sliding supporting tool(110) is formed on the backside of the cabinet to fit and support the back cover slidingly. |
