Provided are a paint for a multilayered floor which is applied to a floor, comprises a upper layer and a lower layer by the difference of specific gravity of a metal pigment and an isocyanate prepolymer resin, and forms a design on a lower layer before curing and, and a method for preparing the paint. The paint comprises a first solution which comprises an isocyanate prepolymer resin prepared by reacting 30-65 wt% of an isocyanate and 35-70 wt% of a polyol; and a curing resin solution which comprises a polyol, an amine, a latent amine, 5-18 wt% of a plasticizer, an additive, a catalyst, and 6-12 wt% of at least one metal pigment selected from the group consisting of gold, silver, molybdenum, nickel, copper, aluminum, brass and cobalt. The ratio of the first solution and the curing resin solution is 1 : 0.4-2.
